Firestar has only three remaining lives at the end of Fading Echoes, the latest released OOTS book. Since he only has three lives, it's awfully likely he may die pretty soon. There are always dangers in the series that may get him sometime.I suspect he'll die in the fifth book, giving one volume for his last role as an important character. Many suspect that if he dies, he won't be replaced by his deputy, Brambleclaw. If Firestar dies, the ThunderClan would turn into complete anarchy, and chaos would mount.
The threat of ThunderClan being absorbed by Tigerstar and the Dark Forest, by convincing the clan that Firestar was evil and a bad cat. Hopefully, the powerful three, Dovepaw, Lionblaze, and, Jayfeather might stop this chaotic scenario from ever happening. If Firestar dies, this may be the beginning of the end for the four Clans, and will change the course of the story significantly.
Actually, I think you're right. It seems like dramatic deaths usually happen in the 5th book in a series, doesn't it? Bluestar died in A Dangerous Path... Cinderpelt died in Twilight... and Ashfur was murdered in Long Shadows. Hm... but, I don't really think ThunderClan is gonna really fall into Anarchy... but something bad'll happen when he dies, fo-sho, maybe Brambleclaw will take over, but be evil or something (I know it's hard to imagine sweet lil Brambleclaw being evil... but then again he is Tigerstar's son and all) or maybe Brambleclaw and Firestar will die on, like, the same day in the same battle, and ThunderClan will be left without a leader (let's assume Greystripe is already dead, and not the obviouse choice for leader)... that would be interesting.
ReplyDeleteWell, I would really think that Lionblaze would be the new leader in the situation your thinking of. But, I sorta doubt Firestar is going to go to battle with one remaining life, because Firestar knows about all the dangers that could happen if he, Brambleclaw ,and Graystripe die in some inconvenient time, like, when Tigerstar might be on the verge of finding a way to attack the clans or something.
ReplyDeleteI REALLY want Firestar to die! He gets on my nerves how he thinks he is sooo perfect and how everyone loves him makes me angry
ReplyDeleteum, it has been confirmed that Firestar will die in the fourth or third book. And of course the clans will go on! It's just Firestar! He's not that important!
ReplyDeleteWell, actually Firestar is quite important.
ReplyDelete1. There would be no warrior series, he started the whole series.
2. WindClan would probably be some place beyond the Moonstones if him and Graystripe hadn't found them.
3. There would be no Hollyleaf, Jayfeather, or Lionblaze
4. Tigerstar would probably be ruling the whole forest/lake
5. There also wouldn't be a Dovepaw since she is Cloudtail's grandchild and Cloudtail wouldn't be here if Firestar didn't bring him to the clan's
and
6. Mudclaw would be probably leading WindClan not Onestar. Firestar helped Onewhisker become Onestar through a battle.
So Firestar matters and is a very important character, I would be truly devastated if he died, he is one of my favourite characters, second to Dovepaw and Tigerheart (A tie between the two.)
I mean't it wouldn't matter if he died NOW.
ReplyDeleteI guess not since he has a loyal deputy who proved himself worthy a lot to follow him in his leadership
ReplyDeleteBLAUUGH!!! I hate Dovepaw!! XD But Tigerheart is cool!
