The Cover
Since the cover has Flametail's picture on it, I say that its going to be a new cats POV (Point of View), so we can guess it's going to be Flametail from ShadowClan. Flametail is a medicine cat, he is also the brother of Tigerheart, who went on the journey to unblock the stream of which beavers blocked. This stream was the main source of water for the clans. The background around Flametail's picture, depicts unidentified cats walking into a tunnel, which is supposedly caved in from an avalanche. So what I may draw from this is that in ShadowClan territory, there is an entrance to the tunnels which go underneath all the clans which also has HollyLeaf alive and well inside of them. Probably Flametail found the entrance, and since he knew that Hollyleaf went down into the tunnels and got "buried alive", he met with a ThunderClan med cat, Jayfeather. Brother of Hollyleaf, Flametail probably brought him also to look for his lost sister.

Flametail found out about the prophecy of the Three, since his brother, Tigerheart, is friends with Dovepaw (One of Three), he speaks with Jayfeather (Also One Of Three) about this. And, Jayfeather, threatens that if Flametail tells others, he will steal away Tigerheart, or tell Firestar and declare war against ShadowClan.

I think your theory makes great sense. But I might say that the shadowclan war may not happen.
ReplyDeleteUmm... well, i like to think even though they aren't technically cousins or anything, that Flametail and Jayfeather should be buds. I mean, typically all medicine cats are friends with each other, and, of course, Jayfeather's no typical cat, but still, I bet him and Flametail get on well. So, I don't like to think of Jayfeather threatening him or anything... and although there might be high tention with ShadowClan, i can't imagine an actual war... (hm, but a war would be interesting) I like your first theory more... (I'm excited that Flametail is on the cover! I wanna know more about him...) It would make sence if Hollyleaf was still alive... And yea, I bet the tunnels aren't like, totally obliterated... it all kinda fits, you know?

ReplyDeleteI agree with your first theory, because it's kind of foretelling how Jayfeather never seems to find his sister among StarClan... it kinda makes sense she would be in the tunnels, since there are a lot of tunnels going throughout all of the clans territory, it would also make sense that their would be tunnels in RiverClan as well as ShadowClan and maybe outside of the territories since there were tunnels in ThunderClan and WindClan territory.
